We have disabled access to AccountAccess from browsers that do not support the latest communication protocols. This security vulnerability can allow intruders to hack their way into your customer information and other information as you use your computer to conduct business. Attacks you may have heard of that are the result of this vulnerability are Heartbleed and POODLE.
The following Operating Systems and browsers support the latest encryption protocols, and are the only Operating Systems and browsers that will be able to access AccountAccess:

In order to maintain access to AccountAccess, you need to ensure that your browser has TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 enabled. Just follow these step-by-step instructions:
If your version of Firefox is an older version, click here to upgrade.
If your version of Chrome is an older version, click here to upgrade.
If your version of Safari is an older version, click here to upgrade.
There are no options for enabling SSL protocols. If you are using Safari version 7 or greater, TLS 1.1 & 1.2 are automatically enabled.
