M. Wayne Lambertson, Chairman of the Board, from Pocomoke City, Maryland, owns and operates with his son a 2,700-acre farm of corn, soybeans, and wheat, and a 300,000 capacity pullet operation.  He is co-owner of a restaurant, Don’s Seafood, and partner in a development and construction company, J.W.L. Enterprise, LLC. 

He currently serves on the boards of the national Farm Credit Council (the Farm Credit System’s national trade organization), MidAtlantic Farm Credit, ACA, and the Delmarva Poultry Industry (DPI), a trade organization.  Mr. Lambertson became a director in 2002 and his term expires December 31, 2013.
