Lead System Administrator (Position # 13)-This
position provides technical support for the corporate server
infrastructure for specific development and
maintenance. Responsibilities include installation, configuration of
server components, and providing problem diagnosis/resolutions for
clients/servers to assure timely and efficient delivery of system
services. Lead Citrix administrator responsible for the design and
functionality of the Citrix environments. Serves as lead/team
member on assigned network related projects. Ensures best
practices are designed, implemented and enforces. Occasional

Corporate Credit Analyst (Position #25) -
Primary
responsibilities include the analysis of potential and existing AgFirst
portfolio loans, and the analysis of loan actions originated by District
Associations that require AgFirst approval.
The analysis process includes qualitative (borrower, industry,
transaction metrics, etc.) and quantitative (historical financial
statements, projections, sensitivity scenarios, etc.) analyses of
transactions. Also, assists AgFirst Relationship Managers and Capital
Markets Officers with credit administration of the AgFirst loan
portfolio (periodic credit reviews, covenant compliance monitoring,
etc.). Performs various duties related to monitoring risk on Bank
investments. Provides support to the Lending staff and the Loan
Origination and Servicing Coordinator with various aspects of closing
new loan participation/syndication transactions and servicing actions on
existing AgFirst portfolio loans (processing of waivers, amendments and
other actions). Furnishes general analytical support to the AgFirst
Lending Department. REQUIREMENTS:
Successful candidate would have a minimum of 4-year college
degree with emphasis in finance/business with some prior lending/credit
experience and possess strong analytical and quantitative skills,
thorough understanding of GAAP accounting and attention to details;
excellent written and oral communication skills; strong problem solving
and organizational skills; ability to work under time pressure and
effectively work with Capital Market Officers, Relationship Managers,
and other Bank Employees in a team environment to achieve AgFirst goals.
Capable of working independently, but consults with senior credit
analysts, unit manager and Lending staff as necessary on more

(Position #26)- This position provides assistance with setting up and maintaining
various financial databases, reports, and
processes for the Bank and Associations.
This includes daily maintenance of the Cognos Finance budget
system (to ensure that it balances to the general ledger) and
supporting the annual operating expense budget preparation for the Bank
and Associations. Budget support includes updating input forms and
reports for the new budget year, pre-loading external information (such
as depreciation), preparing necessary end-user procedures, and answering
end-user questions.
