Rural Home Loan Borrowers

AgFirst rural home loan borrowers can view account information 24/7 by logging into Account Access. First time users will need to register for an online account using your loan number. For questions regarding your rural home loan account or online account, contact AgFirst Mortgage Services at 1-800-919-5632.

PLEASE REVIEW THE TERMS OF USE FOR ACCOUNT ACCESS. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF ACCOUNT ACCESS OR YOUR MYLOANCARE ACCOUNT INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

To obtain loan payoff information, email your request to payoffs@myloancare.com. Requests will be processed 3 business days from the date of receipt. Include the following information in your request:

  1. Borrower name
  2. Borrower account number
  3. Payoff good through date
  4. Third party authorization (if requestor is not the borrower)
  5. Fax number of where to send the payoff
  6. Payoff Reason: "To pay off an AgFirst Farm Credit Bank account"

Farm Loan Borrowers

AgFirst farm loan borrowers may contact Agrifinancial Services at 1-877-548-2622 for up-to-date loan information from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To obtain loan payoff information, fax your request to 502-721-9776. Include the following information in your request:

  1. Borrower name
  2. Borrower account number
  3. Payoff good through date
  4. Third party authorization (if requestor is not the borrower
  5. Fax number of where to send the payoff
  6. Payoff Reason: "To pay off an AgFirst Farm Credit Bank account”

BY ENROLLING IN AND ESTABLISHING YOUR MYLOANCARE ACCOUNT AND CONTINUING TO ACCESS AND USE THIS SITE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF USE OF THIS SERVICE WHETHER OR NOT YOU COMPLETE A TRANSACTION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

WEBSITE OWNERSHIP

This website is owned and operated by AgFirst Farm Credit Bank and/or its service provider(s), referred to herein as "we" or "us" or "our." "You" or "your" is used to refer to the owner of a MyLoanCare account or your authorized representative of the same.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these terms of use at any time. Any such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting. By using the site after we have posted such modifications, alterations or updates you agree to be bound by such revised terms. These terms may change, we encourage you to refer back to these terms regularly.

GENERAL INFORMATION

You may access your account to obtain balances, transaction history and other information. To access your account or use any services you must have a password and the required hardware and software. Subject to these terms of use, you will generally be able to access your account through the site 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

At certain times, the site may not be available due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. In some instances, balances and transaction history may only reflect activity conducted through the close of the previous business day. During these times, you may call Customer Service at (800) 919-5632 to obtain information about your account(s).

USE OF ACCOUNT ACCESS

You agree that you will not use or attempt to use the site for any purpose other than conducting account servicing or account transaction related business with us and you will only do so if you are an authorized customer. You will not use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, illegal or prohibited. You will not transmit any harmful or disabling computer codes or viruses while using the site. You will not take any action that will interfere with our network services or those of any service provider. We will not be obliged to complete any transaction that we suspect was not made in accordance with these terms or was not authorized by you.

You shall not rely upon any of your account information accessed under the site for the purposes of pay-off information, tax reporting or like purposes. The material provided in your account information is solely for informational purposes and as an accommodation and convenience to you. We will not be liable for any deficiencies in the accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness of such information or for any financial or other decision made using this information.

INDEMNIFICATION

If you make any unauthorized use of the site or violate these terms you agree to indemnify us, our employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and service providers and to hold all of them harmless from all costs, claims, damages, expenses, or other losses, including attorney's fees and court costs, that arise from or are related to your use of the site or your violation of or failure to comply with these terms.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

You must create and use a User ID and password, these will give you access to each of your accounts as applicable. Your password can be changed within the site or by contacting Customer Service at (800) 919-5632. We recommend that you change your password regularly and that you use secure protocol when creating passwords. We may act on any instructions received under your password.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR LOAN ID, USER ID AND PASSWORD AND THEIR USE BY YOU AND OTHER AGENTS GIVEN ACCESS TO ONE OR MORE OF YOUR ACCOUNTS. IF YOU PROVIDE ANOTHER PERSON WITH THE MEANS AND NECESSARY INFORMATION TO OBTAIN ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS USING YOUR PASSWORD UNTIL YOUR PASSWORD IS DISABLED OR REVOKED.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your user identification, password, or other identifying information has been lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised. To change, disable or revoke your password, or report an erroneous or unauthorized transaction, contact us immediately at:

PAYMENT ERRORS

If you chose to participate in an online payment option, we will not be responsible for any charges imposed or any other action taken resulting from a payment that you have not scheduled properly, including any applicable finance charges and late fees. In addition, we will not be liable if any third party through whom any payment is to be made fails to properly transmit the payment. We will also not be liable if there are insufficient available funds or credit availability in your account and/or overdraft protection plan; if a legal order prohibits withdrawals from the account; if the account is closed or frozen; or if any part of the electronic funds transfer system is not working properly. We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of online payment options.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This section explains our liability to you only to the extent that our liability has not been separately disclosed to you by any other agreements, notices, or disclosures. Under no circumstances will we have any liability to you for failing to provide you access to your accounts through the site. Furthermore, unless otherwise required by applicable law, we will only be responsible for performing the services as expressly stated in these terms of use, and will only be liable for material losses incurred by you to the extent such losses directly result from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct in performing the services.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION PROVIDED HEREUNDER IS PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGE WHETHER OR NOT ANY CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON TORT OR CONTRACT OR WE KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

SEVERABILITY
