AgFirst Welcomes Melody Feinberg to its Board of Directors
AgFirst Farm Credit Bank announced that Melody Feinberg will join its Board of Directors as an outside director effective Sept. 1. Ms. Feinberg brings extensive experience in financial services, enterprise risk management, compliance and corporate governance. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and chief risk officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, a wholesale bank with more than $150 billion in assets.

Tighe named Woman of Distinction
AgFirst employee Mariah Tighe’s commitment to leadership, service and community impact has earned her one of the Midlands’ most prestigious honors: selection as a 2026 Woman of Distinction by Girl Scouts of South Carolina Mountains to Midlands. Tighe, this year’s Young Professional Alumni Honoree, and her fellow award recipients will be recognized Sept. 10 at the Cathy Novinger Girl Scout Leadership Center in Columbia during the organization’s annual Women of Distinction celebration.

Boyd began his term Jan. 1 and will continue to serve until Dec. 31, 2029. Incumbent directors John W. “Whit” Player and David L. Richesin were re-elected to new four-year terms. The board also elected Jenny R. Black chair and Richesin vice chair.
